Ashok
Industries was established in the
year 2000. We are involved in the manufacture of FRP Composites and Epoxy Insulators, Epoxy Castings that are widely used for the
following:
- Electrical
insulation, supports and mounts in the electrical industry
- Supports
& barriers in the mechanical, civil and transport industry
- Cable
trays, gratings and barriers in the chemical industry
Our

Ashok
Industries is managed by a team of professionals endowed with a
multitude of experience in Manufacturing, Design, Finance and project
management. We are a firm of about 40 people managed by a qualified
team of engineers, supervisors, skilled and semi skilled workers
suitably trained and deployed in various roles of management,
manufacturing, quality, accounts, marketing, admin., etc.
Succinctly
stated, the manufacture of FRP composites and epoxy insulators, epoxy
castings in our organization are based on our following core

Ashok Industries
has been engaged in the manufacture of the following range of

- FRP Sheets / FRP Laminates conforming to IS and various other
international standards (We manufacture epoxy FRP sheets as well as
polyester FRP sheets)
- FRP Fabricated Components made from FRP sheets / FRP laminates conforming
to customer engineering drawings
- Epoxy
Insulators, Epoxy Bushings, and Epoxy Castings using Automatic
Pressure Gelation (APG) process
- Pultruded
Products (Epoxy pultruded products and polyester pultruded products)
- Dog
Bone runners of various sizes, Plain FRP Runners, FRP Flats, FRP
Round Rods, FRP Square Sections, FRP Rectangular Sections, etc. in
varying sizes – Hollow FRP Sections and Solid FRP Sections
- FRP
Threaded Rods (M10, M12, M16, M20, M24, M30 etc) & FRP Nuts
- We
design and manufacture FRP pultruded profiles as per customers'
requirements
We
are very enthusiastic about moving up the value chain (concurrently
adding value to our customers) and taking on new products and
developments. We closely coordinate to design and develop new
components for our customers on a regular basis as we have the
wherewithal to develop, manufacture, test (type tests at CPRI / ERDA
and other NABL certified labs) and supply the products to our
customers.

We
are well equipped for the manufacture of quality FRP Sheets, FRP Fabricated Components, FRP Pultruded Sections, Epoxy Castings, and
Epoxy Insulators with the following set-up:
- 800 Ton Hydraulic Press (2000 x 1320 mm) – double daylight
- 350
Ton Hydraulic press (1040 x 1040 mm) – single daylight
- 9
Ton Pultrusion machines
- APG Mixing and Casting machines – 3 integrated units
- Heating
and curing ovens – Large and small
- All
the required fabrication machines and equipment (cutting, drilling,
grinding, turning & milling machines)
